Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pressed With Purpose, a sister shop of Faith & Fire Designs. Each photo magnet is handmade and personalized just for you. Because every order is unique, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to issue a refund or replacement if the following conditions are met:

  1. You provide photo evidence showing the damage to both the product and the packaging.

  2. The damage occurred during shipping or as a result of a production issue.

  3. Your claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Once verified, we will process your refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect photo uploads or personalization errors made by the customer.

  • Slight variations in color, brightness, or alignment due to printing or handmade production.

  • Normal wear and tear or damage after delivery.
